Volunteer Descriptions
Timers
Timer's stand behind their assigned lane and use the Swimmingly App to record swimmers times and confirm swimmer IDs.
Scorekeeper
Scorekeepers will monitor the times coming in on the iPad and address any warnings that come up.
Announcer
Scorekeepers will monitor the times coming in on the iPad and address any warnings that come up.
Starter
Starter will run the meet using the Swimmingly App.
Official/Judge
You will use the Swimmingly App to ensure fairness in races and DQ swimmers as necessary.
Floater
Ribbons
You will place stickers onto the corresponding ribbons the day after the meet. This can be done at the pool or taken home to do.
Hospitality
Hospitality will ensure that all volunteers that are unable to leave their position are given a snack and drink throughout the meet.
Bull Pen
Bull Pen will help wrangle and keep track of the 6 and unders with the help of the coaches.
Heat Winner
Will pass out heat winner ribbons and an airhead candy to the home and away teams after each heat.

- As a reminder, all families are required to complete at least 2 sessions throughout this season.
- You can purchase a volunteer buyout for $150 per spot during registration if you're unable to volunteer this season.
